Embrace Your Braces
At Balance Advanced Dentistry & Orthodontics, your smile is our command. With three treatment options to choose from for patients of all ages, Dr. Hernandez has the tools to make all your straight-smile wishes come true.
Metal Braces
Traditional metal braces and self-ligating braces are the most common orthodontic appliance for kids and teens.
Clear Braces
Clear braces use white ceramic brackets that match the color of your teeth, so your treatment is less visible.
Invisalign
Invisalign and Spark aligners use a series of clear trays that adjust your teeth using a series of removable clear plastic trays custom-made to fit your unique smile.
Orthodontics for All Ages
Our team believes that everyone deserves the power of a straight smile, no matter what age you begin treatment.
From kids to adults, Balance Advanced Dentistry & Orthodontics treats our patients to the straight smiles they’ve been dreaming of their whole lives.

Braces and clear aligners are excellent options for people of any age, condition, or background. At your first free consultation, our doctors will assess your unique orthodontic condition and determine whether you’re a good fit for braces.
Teeth that are not aligned properly in your mouth create what orthodontists call “malocclusion.” Left untreated, malocclusion can lead to periodontal disease and create abnormal amounts of stress on teeth and jaws, which leads to premature wear.
With a wide variety of treatment methods and the skills to put them to work, our team at Balance Advanced Dentistry & Orthodontics can correct any of the above issues so you can feel confident in your smile.
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that children attend their first orthodontic appointment at seven, but about one in every five of our patients are adults. Braces are a great way to treat conditions like:
- Crowding
- Spacing
- Deep bite
- Crossbite
- Excessive overjet
- Overbite
- Underbite
- Protruding teeth
- Impacted teeth
Retainers
Retainers will stop your teeth from moving after removing braces or aligners.
Retainers are custom-made to fit comfortably in your mouth and can be either removable or fixed. To straighten teeth, we must loosen them to move them into the correct position.
Once in the correct position, we must retain the teeth there to allow the bone to heal and the teeth to tighten in the bone. You do this by wearing your retainers faithfully.
